Interface text, scoring logic and design are our intellectual property. Underlying weather data belongs to its respective providers and is used under their licences.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or continuous availability. Forecasts and scores may be wrong, delayed or unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information shown, nor for any loss arising from its use.

Features, scoring rules and these terms may change as the product develops. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
